St. Colum’s pre-school has been serving pre-school children and their families in the Portstewart and surrounding communities since 1992. We are extremely proud of the work that we do and the links that we have with the local community. In 2011 our Pre- School Centre became a Cross – Community Playgroup, drawing children from all religious backgrounds and ethnicities
The main aim of the pre-school centre is to promote the social, emotional and early educational development of each child. Our Pre- School Centre offers a safe and secure environment where your child will have the opportunity to achieve these goals. We implement a planned Pre-School Curriculum, which offers your child a broad range of learning opportunities through play and other experiences. We work in partnership with parents/carers, families and other bodies and/professionals to provide a wide range of experience to our Pre-School Centre.
